This represents what can be achieved through moving a pipe dream to reality.

The subject dwelling shows a typical 3 bed detached house representative of many in this suburban neighbourhood, being totally transformed into a magnificently extended family home giving almost 50% additional living space and making full use of its elevated corner site.
