I have over 30 years experience in residential property and planning matters and look forward to being of assistance to you. 

I offer a first appointment at your premises FREE OF CHARGE and will quote for the project as described. Some projects can be processed under PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT, others require PLANNING CONSENT.

In all cases BUILDING RERGULATIONS approval is required and in cases where development is adjoining or within 3m of a neighboring residence a PARTY WALL ACT agreement is required.

When instructed, I will then produce draft drawings for your approval prior to council submission.
